As of last week Presto Vivace Blog is two years old. I started blogging to chronicle Potomac area technology events as well as build a dialogue with public relations professionals, marketers, journalists, software developers, project managers, analysts, IT departments, and end users.
Inspired by the example of Constantin Basturea’s Headlines from PR weblogs, I have created Tech on the Potomac to create a sense of community among local tech and PR bloggers.
When I started there were less than 50 PR blogs; as of now there are more than 300. I hope by the end of this year there will be twice as many.
